Justin James Smith “Smitty”
December 3, 1982 – January 22, 2023
Much loved son of Lily and Gary Smith, daddy of fur baby Sugar (Pookie Boo Boo). Justin has left this earthly life where his soul has become part of the universe. The sky is even brighter now as your soul has been raised to a higher vibration and surrounds us all with love. You are now “riding rainbows and sleeping amongst the clouds.” Thank you for being a part of our lives, you will be forever kept warm while we tuck you into our hearts. Your light and love will always shine, so rest now, be at peace, and let your soul fly free. One day we will join your glorious flight. Justin had a presence that would warm a room, a passion for rock music, an irresistible grin, an infectious laugh, and an enormous heart with a generous soul. He was a big kid at heart and adored the children of his close friends. He was known for his friendliness and never hesitated to let people know that he loved them. Justin loved the outdoors, surrounded by the calmness of nature, gazing up at the stars on the family farm he loved so dearly, where his grandparents once lived, and where he was born and raised into his adult life. He loved to spend time around the pond with Frankie the turtle and all his feathered duck friends. We will feel Justin’s spiritual presence out at the pond through the birds, fish, ducks, trees, and water.
In memory of Justin, please give an act of kindness to someone in need. Let’s all spread kindness to create a better world for all our children and their children. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held out at the pond at a later date.
Justin (You ol’ Bugger) will be missed by all who loved him, especially by Wayne, Meaghan, Dev, Remi, and Luna.
