MILLEN: Cecil Laverne – passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at the Norfolk General Hospital. Cecil Millen of Walsingham in his 68th year.
Beloved husband of Cindy (Rockefeller) Millen whom he married February 7, 1976. Dear father of Jason Millen of Simcoe, Jennifer Millen & Owen Smith of RR#2 St. Williams and Scott Millen & wife Tara of Delhi. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Ethan, Avery, Connor, Mya and Paige. Survived by his mother Ruby Millen of Port Rowan, brothers Russell (Bernice) and Will all of Clear Creek and sister Mary Ann Millen of Port Rowan and by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his father Fred Millen (2011), brothers Rick (2018) and Chris (2023).
Private arrangements have been entrusted to the Jeffery W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front Rd. Port Rowan. Inurnment later in Cultus Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Personal condolences can be posted at www.gffh.ca
