Charles “Chuck” Leroy Cathcart Obituary
It is with a deep sense of sorrow and loss, our family announces the passing of Charles “Chuck” Cathcart on January 17, 2024 at the age of 89.
His memory will be cherished by his loving wife Ivonne of 27 years and her daughters Lynn (Stig), Karen, Holly (Carson), Shelley (Mich), Sandra (Dave); Grandfather to Katrina (Josh), Chelsea, Meagan (Justin), Chase (Melanie), Brittany, Nevada (Randy), Wyatt (Deanna). Morgan; Great-Grandchildren Harris, Elle, Hudson, Hayden, Hannah, Jack, Carter, Jude. Chuck is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Chuck was predeceased by his mom, Willena and father, Bernard and siblings, May, Bill Dorothy, Kathleen, Jim, Claire, Willena, Jean, and Marjorie and now joins them in eternal rest.
Celebration of Life Service to be held at Central Lions Recreation Centre, 11113 113 St. Edmonton, Alberta, Wednesday January 31, 2024 at 1:00 pm. The service can be viewed virtually using the following link.
Pastor Colleen Sanderson officiating. A light lunch will follow after the service.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all the staff that cared for Chuck at the Ft. Saskatchewan Hospital, Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre, unit 7C and Kipnes Center.
