Edward ‘Ted’ Colling Obituary
Edward “Ted” Colling passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at home on January 15, 2024. Ted was raised on the family farm in Lowville, and was residing there when he passed. Ted was diagnosed with Diabetes at a young age, and was a chronic pain sufferer for years. Despite his ailments, he enjoyed repairing his motorcycles and farm equipment. He enjoyed collecting memorabilia and toys from his childhood. Ted had a career in IT, working at the Toronto airport and the Royal Bank for many years.
Ted was predeceased by his mother Glenna Colling. Ted is survived by his father Murray Colling, sister Virginia Liston (Stephen), nephews Sean (Michael), Timothy (Danielle), and niece Rachel. Ted is also survived by Caroline Smith, and his daughters Jessica Pallace and Leah Pallace (Paul), and grandsons Kaison and Maddox. A special thank you to Ashton.
Private family interment Lowville United Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Diabetes Association of Canada would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
