Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Monday January 8, 2024 in her 71st year. Beloved wife of Melvin Hendsby. Loving mother of Jennifer Petruk (Daniel), and Virginia “Dea” Asselstine (Daniel). Dear Nanny of Jayme (Megan), Kaytie (Mason), Natalie Asselstine, and Brandon Asselstine. Great Nanny of Piper, Brayden, and Parker.
Daughter of Shirley and the late Donald Parberry. Sister of Maryanne Shaw (Gary), Rose Marie Forrest (the late Dave), Vincent Parberry and the late Tom Parberry. Judy will also be missed by Bonnie Turner, her many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Service will be held at Ross Funeral Chapel, Port Hope on Friday January 12, 2024 at 11 a.m. with visiting one hour prior.
