On Monday evening, January 8, 2024, Neil passed away surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle. Beloved husband and best friend of Joan Hazen. Devoted father of Jennifer, and Andrew. Brother of Martin Bindman; and brother-in-law of Linda Hazen and Stephen Yanow, and Kathryn and Mel Mogil. Neil was a prominent lawyer for almost fifty years, who referred to himself as “the world’s greatest real estate lawyer”. He was an avid runner who was very proud of all his racing accomplishments. His refuge was his beloved home in Stowe, Vermont. Nothing meant more to Neil than his family. Special thanks to the staff and doctors at the Hematology-Oncology Department of the MUHC.
