It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Dick on January 3, 2024 at Hamilton General Hospital
at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Karen. Loving father of Rick (the late Dianne), the late
Kevin, Mark (Lucy). Cherished Grampa of Brandon, Samantha, Christie, Derrek, Liesa, Ryan, Marlee,
Spencer (Laureta) and Great Grampa of Jakob and Grayson. He will be sadly missed by his family in New
Brunswick and many nieces and nephews. Dick was a longtime employee with Ford Motor Co. before
his retirement. Family and friends will be received at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage
Ave. (between Mohawk and Fennell) on Tuesday January 9 th from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held
in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday January 10 th at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow. Notes of
