A feisty spirit and the heart of our family. She passed away peacefully surrounded with an abundance of love from her family, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and care that touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. She turned every meal into a celebration, with her lasagna remaining unmatched. Teresa was a force, known for her stubborn determination and unwavering commitment to doing things her way. Even in the kitchen, where her culinary magic unfolded, she followed her own path. Teresa cherished the simple joys- lunches with friends, shopping, watching her favourite soaps, moments on the dance floor with Nonno and the laughter that filled her home.
A devoted wife to Gino for 62 years, mother to Carla (Neil Shepherd), Diego (Donalda), Paul (Sue), loving Nonna to Jordanna (Scott Fenn), Ryan, Alyssa (Steve Clairmont), Corey, Erika and Tessa, and great Nonna to Caiden and Ashton. She was also the glue and matriarch that held our family together. Her strength and love created a bond through the generations. As Teresa embarks on her next journey, we find peace in knowing she will be reunited with her beloved husband, Gino in heaven. She will be dearly missed but her love, resilience and the aroma of her cooking will live in our hearts forever. Nonna, you were and always will be the heart and soul of our family.
