STEWART, William Donald peacefully with family by his side at Golden Dawn Nursing Home, Lion’s Head Wednesday evening January 25, 2023. Don Stewart of Wiarton in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Marilyn and cherished father of Debbie Flarity (Pat) of Kemble, Bruce (Christa) of Pike Bay, Brian (Elaine) of Kentucky and Kyle (Connie) of Meaford. Much loved grandfather of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of Murray Stewart (Doris) of Owen Sound and Marge Bruin (Fred) of Wiarton and brother-in-law of June Stewart of Chatsworth, Burniece Stewart of Owen Sound and Joyce Stewart of Clavering. Predeceased by parents Mary (nee Pyke) and Earl Stewart, sisters Vivian Burt (Jack) and Eileen Miller (Jim) and brothers Gary, Allan and Delmar.
The funeral service will be conducted from the Wiarton Propeller Club on Wednesday, February 1st, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment Bayview Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Expressions of remembrance to the Golden Dawn Nursing Home or to the Wiarton Hospital c/o Bruce Peninsula Hospitals Foundation would be appreciated.
