Passed away peacefully at the Woodland Villa Nursing Home in Long Sault on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, Virginia Laforge (nee Swope) of Iroquois, age 89. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Turner. Loving mother of Gord Turner (Sheryl Burton) of Iroquois. Dear sister of Janie Swope of Philadelphia and Paula Wolfe (Eno) of Raleigh, North Carolina. Virginia will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Jessica Turner (Derek Baldwin), Joseph Turner and Jordon Turner.
Funeral Arrangements
Spring inurnment of cremated remains will be at Iroquois Point Columbarium. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
