Jacqueline Frigault, 92, of Moncton, passed away on Tuesday
January 24, 2023 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in
Campbellton, she was the daughter of the late François and
Emma (Robichaud) DeGrâce.
Prior to her retirement, Jacqueline was a receptionist at the
Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital. After retirement, she dedicated many
years as a volunteer at the “L’Auberge
Mgr-Henri-Cormier”.
She is survived by three daughters: Ginette Laroche of
Montréal, Qué., Lise Rockory of St-Martin, and
Claire Greer (Lawson) of Vancouver, B.-C.; five sons:
André, Gaston, and Jean, all of Moncton, Marc (Cindy) of
Dieppe, and Luc of Riverview; 14 grandchildren and 12
great-grandchildren; one sister, Gracia Thériault (late
Donat) of Shippagan; four brothers: Mérèle
DeGrâce (late Thérèse),
Théo (Lucie), Valmond (Lucille) and Robert (Mona) of Point
La Nim; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Alyre (2018); three
sisters: Marina, Solange and Marie-France; and one brother,
Roger.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) on Sunday
from 2 to 4 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Christ-Roi
church, 300 Dominion Street, Moncton on Monday January 30 at 10:30 am.
Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory
of Jacqueline, a contribution to the CHU Dumont Foundation would be
appreciated.
