On Tuesday November 28, 2023, at the Bayfield Residence, Kemptville, at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Maurice “Gary” Pickard. Loving mother to Stephen (Anna) of Winnipeg, Eric (Joanne) of Perth, Theresa (Don) of Chesterville, Susan (Brian) of Curve Lake, and Andrea of Victoria, B.C. Predeceased by her daughter Mary and her parents, Helen and Claire Johnston. Proud grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 4. Special friend of Frank Hracovsky. Frances was a long-time teacher at Holy Cross School.
Friends are invited to visit the Kemptville Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 805 Prescott Street, Kemptville on Sunday December 3, 2023 from 5 pm to 8 pm. Funeral Mass at Holy Cross Church, 503 Clothier Street West, Kemptville on Monday December 4, 2023 at 10 am followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
