Spencer, Lester Graham-82 of Summerville, Hants County, passed away peacefully on November 7th, 2023, at the QE2 Health Centre, Halifax, following a short illness. He was the son of the late Howard and Lorna (Lake) Spencer of Summerville.
Lester was a painter by trade and a very good one at that. He loved hunting, fishing, playing darts, and spending time with his family, friends and his cat Minnie.
He is survived by his two daughters, Wendy Withrow (Walter Smith) of Windsor, and Sherry Morris (Mike) of Dartmouth, and his son Reed Spencer (Susan) of Hantsport. He is also survived by his sister Helena Sanford (Art), as well as his brothers Kenny, Larry (Debbie), Bruce (Wanda), Charlie (Janice), and Donnie (Liz).
Lester will be deeply missed by all, including his grandchildren, Lester, Charmain, Tyler, Josh, and Jessica and his great grandchildren, Easton, Rayah, Willow, Diem, and Jrue.
Lester is predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Sharon (Whitehead), his two sisters, Joan (Baldridge) and Gloria and his two brothers, Brian and John.
Cremation has taken place with no visitation or service by request.
