Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, November 6, 2023 at IOOF Seniors Home in Barrie.
Dear wife of Barry Herod. Loved mother of Scott Herod (Jill), Ann Zingg (Dave), Steve Herod (Laura) and Jennifer. Loving grandma of Mason, Kyra, Annie, Lorne, Nick and great grandmother to Ryan. Cherished sister of Murray Knapp (Annie), predeceased by Bernard, Wayne and Linda. Helen will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Helen’s life will be planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to IOOF Seniors Home would be greatly appreciated.
The Herod family wish to convey their heartfelt gratitude to all of the caregivers at IOOF Seniors Home for the loving kindness and compassionate care given to Helen.
