MEENS, Anne Johanna Hermina
(July 8, 1944 – November 6, 2023)
Passed away peacefully, with her daughters by her side, on Monday, November 6, 2023.
Beloved wife of the late Frans Meens. Survived by her daughters Michelle(Jeff Garrow) and Nicole(Glen Miller), grandchildren Collin Garrow, Madeline Garrow and Emmeline Meens Miller and great grandson Griffin Garrow. She was born in the Netherlands and will be missed by her brothers, sister, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Morris Funeral Chapel(4 Division St., Bowmanville) on Thursday, November 9 from 6-8PM, and on Friday, November 10 from 10AM until the time of service in the funeral home chapel at 11AM. If desired, memorial donations to either the St. Vincent de Paul Bowmanville Food Bank (www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/society-of-saint-vincent-de-paul-st-joseph-conference/) or the Ontario Shores Centre for Health Sciences Transitional Discharge Program (www.ontarioshores.ca/In_Memory_of_Anne_Meens) are greatly appreciated.
