Rose Marie Hughes
May 7, 1939 – October 26, 2023
With a deep sense of sorrow and loss, our family announces the passing of our mother and grandmother, Rose, on October 26, 2023, at the age of 84.
Rose was predeceased by her parents, her husband Roly, her son Ricky and her daughter Roxanne, her siblings John, Lily, Ben, Lois, Morris and Pearl. She is survived by her children Reg (Darlene) Hughes, Rosalyn (Dean) Kaardal, Roberta Hughes; grandchildren Laurin and Michael Kaardal. She is also survived by her sisters Clara and Judy, her brother Victor, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, 4416 50 Street, Leduc, on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. For those who are unable to attend, the service will be available on the church’s Facebook page.
