Paul’s Obituary
Paul passed away peacefully on January 19th at the Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital at the age of 76.
He moved to Balmertown in 1958, where he worked on surface at Campbell Mines for 37 years. He was an active member of the Red Lake Royal Canadian Legion and Lions Club for many years. Happiness for Paul was a day at his cabin at Rahill watching the sunset and roasting a wiener at the fire, surrounded by God and nature.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife Rosalie Notter (née Forsyth), children Angela Macumber (Corey), Emily Bates (Sam), Jennifer Wilson (Cory), Scott Macumber (Amanda), grandchildren Brendon Keye (Jennifer), Cameron Wilson (Alyssia), Matthew Bates (Melanie), Clayton Wilson (Chantiel), Krista Bates, Erica Wilson, Kyle Bates, Brody Macumber, Ava Macumber, Madden Macumber, great grandchildren Kenadee Keye and Athena Bates. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Willard Henri Notter and Ena Irene Notter, siblings Dale Notter, Terri Notter, Peter Notter and Carol Notter.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, March 11th at 10 am in the Calvary Baptist Church, Balmertown with Sam Bates officiating.
