Passed peacefully away at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Center on Monday, October 23, 2023, Alvin Clarence Leslie Loveless, age 80 of Seal Cove, Fortune Bay.
Alvin leaves to mourn his loving family: his wife, Pearl of 59 years; son, Nevin (Pam) at Grand Falls-Windsor; very special grandchildren, Ian Loveless (Stacie) at St. John’s and Nikita Loveless at Gander, NL; step grandchildren, Noah and Nathan Winsor; brother, Berkley (Betty) at Seal Cove; sisters, Rowena Saunders (Ed) at Woodstock, NL. and Christine Walters (Junior) at Clarenville, NL; sister in law, Nellie Loveless at Grand Falls-Windsor; as well as a circle of other family and friends.
Alvin was predeceased by his parents, Leslie and Bride Loveless; brothers, Morris Loveless and Gary Loveless; parents in law, George and Agnes Coombs; brothers in law, John Coombs and John Simms; sister in law, Annie Simms.
Public Visitations will take place at The Salvation Army Church, Seal Cove on Tuesday, 7:00-9:00pm and Wednesday, 2:00-4:00pm with Family Service from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, October 26th, at 2:00 pm at The Salvation Army Church, Seal Cove, Fortune Bay with Majors Richard and Trudy Mouland officiating followed by interment at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Seal Cove, Fortune Bay.
