Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Suzanne Frank (Pigeon), Suzanne passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, leaving behind her husband John, and their beautiful daughters Megan, Emma, and Grace. Beloved sister to Steven (Debbie) Pigeon, and Jeff (Becky) Pigeon, cherished by all her nieces and nephews, a beloved wife, mother, and friend. Suzanne leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She was a devoted wife to her husband, John, and a loving mother to her children. Suzanne will be remembered by many for her love of cooking. She often expressed her love for the people in her life through cooking and spending quality time over a home cooked meal with those she cared about. One of Suzanne’s favourite pastimes was traveling with her family. Whether it was taking trips to Florida, spending time at the cottage by the lake, or going for a Sundays drive with her husband John, she made countless memories with her loved ones on these adventures. Suzanne’s love and commitment to her family extended to the hockey rink, where she enthusiastically supported her daughter, Grace. Suzanne wouldn’t always yell in the stands, but she would often be unable to contain her excitement when grace was about to score. Suzanne will be missed by many friends she made throughout her lifetime. She formed a strong bond with her best friend Sherry, and many of the mom’s on Grace’s soccer team. They often shared stories and were constantly laughing. Suzanne’s laughter was contagious and was truly a source of happiness for those around her. Above all, Suzanne’s love for her family knew no bounds. Her children and her husband held the most special place in her heart, and her love for them gave her life purpose. Suzanne also found purpose through her work. Suzanne worked in the field of nursing for over thirty-five years, and touched the lives of many of the residents and staff members she worked with on a daily basis. She was a talented nurse and served as a mentor to many other nurses throughout her career. Though Suzanne’s physical presence is no longer with us, she will be remembered by those who were touched by her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
The immediate family will be holding a private service.
