With heavy hearts, we share the loss of our dear gramma, mom and wife, Glenda.
A loving wife to Terry for 45 years, proud mom of two children and the greatest fan of her four grandchildren.
Gramma Glenda was a positive influence for her grandchildren, helping with homework if needed, just being there to listen, and always supporting them with unwavering love and devotion.
Glenda’s friends and family will remember her kind, caring and compassionate nature, her sparkling smile and wonderful laugh that instantly put others at ease.
She enjoyed many awesome motorcycling adventures with Terry and treasured the riding friends they acquired over the years.
Glenda loved the sights and sounds of nature. Through the camera lens she captured deer, loons, herons, eagles and more at Burnstick Lake, but would also stop to marvel at the littlest bee, butterfly or fragrant blossom.
Immense love of family and her strong spirit gave Glenda the energy and willpower to courageously endure five years with cancer.
On September 22nd, she was admitted to the University Hospital in Edmonton where she passed.
Although she is now with her mom and dad, we will always cherish our time together and the wonderful memories we have of our precious Glenz.
