MALCOLM, Emily Ann – 1942-2023. Emily passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 30, 2023, after a long illness with dementia. She was the youngest of 11 children of Rose and Henry Malcolm. Emily is survived by her sisters, Elsie Michaud, Catherine Armstrong, Margaret “Peggy” Malcolm and Elizabeth Tighe. She was predeceased by brothers, William, John, Clifford and Cecil; sisters, Mary and Eunice. She has many nieces and nephews and lots of cousins and friends, some still in Port Hawkesbury and in Toronto.
Emily worked for many years for Economical Insurance in Toronto and was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Toronto.
Cremation has taken place and funeral services will take place in Port Hawkesbury at a later date. Words of comfort may be forwarded to the family at www.haverstocks.com
