We are sad to announce that Peter Vodden passed away suddenly on September 19, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Sheri Vodden (nee Davis). Loving father of Chris (Janice). Peter was predeceased by his brothers James and Paul. Dearly missed by his siblings Joanne, Francis, Lorne (Linda), Bruce (Cathy), Nancy (Wayne), Marie, John, and David, and by his many nieces and nephews.
Fondly remembered by his many friends and coworkers. Peter always had a warm and friendly greeting for those he met while out on his delivery routes, over many years of delivering food and dairy supplies across parts of Toronto and Durham Region. He loved being known as the “milkman” at several local schools. Lately, Peter, who loved sports and music, was enjoying his retirement by attending many local music and sporting events.
A Celebration of Peter’s life will be held at a later date. If desired memorial donations may be made to either the Movember Foundation or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
