Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Carolyn Ann Cochrane wish to announce her passing which occurred on September 14, 2023, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born on December 30, 1944, at Nerepis, NB.
Carolyn Ann had worked for the Saint John Regional Library before her retirement. She was active in her community where she was one of the founders of ONE Change and held several positions with the Co-op Housing Board over the years. She enjoyed her time reading and writing.
She is survived by her sons; Ivan (Johanne), Jason (Stephanie), and Alan (Kadi), her daughter, Heidi Cass, her beloved grandchildren; Elizabeth, Jon Thomas, Angel, Mya, Brianna, Michael, Marion, Sanden, Kiera, Alina, and Ayrilee, her great-grandchildren, Jayden, and Evander, along with her extended family and her many friends.
Carolyn Ann was predeceased by her dear mother, Marion Cochrane, her son, Brian, and daughter, Misty.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506) 646-2424. Following cremation, the funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. Interment will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery. Remembrances made to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation, or the Autism Society would be appreciated.
