he family announces with great sorrow Andy’s passing at the Timmins District Hospital on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Doreen Beauchamp (nee Lance). Loving father of Derek (Deena) Beauchamp of Niagara Falls and Tina (Steve) Vickers of Timmins. Cherished grandfather of Anne-Marie, Cody, Kyra, Kaden, Taylor and Paige and great grandfather to Zander.
He leaves behind his siblings Denis (Pauline), Jack (Krista), Danny (Karen) and Nicole (Henry), sister-in-law Anne as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Roland and Thérèse Beauchamp, his sister Raymonde, also Joseph and Rose Lance and sister-in-law Joanne.
Andy worked many years as a miner, then retired on maintenance for the CSCDGR. We spent many joyous years travelling with friends Ron and Gail, meeting and celebrating with our new founded friends from Pennsylvania, Cobalt, New Liskeard and Florida. The family would like to thank Marnie Chisolm, the Bayshore nurses for their care and compassion and the doctors and nurses on the medical floor and hospice.
