It is with great sadness that we announce that Stella Mullins passed away on January 15, 2023 at the Castleview-Wychwood Nursing Home in Toronto. She was 92.
Stella will be missed and mourned by her sister Lillian Jones of Dunedin, Florida. Predeceased by brothers Charlie and Graham. Loving aunt to Dennis, (Geri), Suzanne, Craig and Peter (Linda) and great aunt to Denise, Keith and Stephen (Anastasia) Lily, Cole, Abby, Samantha, Tyler, Adelaide and Edgar.
Stella was a long-time resident of Toronto since moving from Newfoundland in her 20’s. She worked for many years at Touche Ross Business consultants until she retired. Stella loved to travel in her earlier days and saw much of the world. She enjoyed the theatre, opera and was a steadfast fan of the Toronto Blue Jays. She was a faithful member of Grace on-the-Hill Anglican Church.
We would like to thank the staff at Castleview-Wychwood for their dedicated care. A very special thank you to friends Mira and Patrick for their devotion and thoughtfulness during challenging times.
Cremation has taken place. A Memorial service will be held in the Chapel of the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. W. (2 stoplights west of Yonge St.) on Thursday, January 26th at 1:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Friends welcome.
Burial to be in Gander, Newfoundland at a later date.
