It is with great sadness that Heather’s family announce her passing at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Monday, September 4, 2023, in her 67th year. Loving mother and best friend of Angela Gordon and cherished grandmother of Mason, Marlow and Teleah. Predeceased by her parents Jack and Anita Bell, her brother Gary, and sisters-in-law Diane Bell, Maureen Bell and Pat Bell. Dear sister of Raymond Bell, Brian Bell (Cathy) and Scott Bell. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families.
Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0 (613-386-7373) on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 6 – 8 pm.
For those desiring, memorial donations to the Kingston Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
