Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023 at the age of 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Keith Cowan and the late Jeno Bobics. Lurlene will be sadly missed by her dear friends Paul and Vicki Sargeant and their family; by her brother Jack Lavery (Shirley) and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Perry Lavery and by her parents Leo and Marion (Baker) Lavery.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Monday, September 11th, 2023 from 10 – 11 am with a funeral service in the chapel at 11 am. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care or to the Ontario SPCA Leeds Grenville will be gratefully acknowledged.
