Obituary of Lily Brettell
It is with shattered hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected death of Lily Brettell on September 1, 2023 at the age of 19. Cherished daughter of Joe Brettell and Dawna (Jon) Dobbelsteyn. Loving sister to Noah (Alea) Brettell and her two stepbrothers Cameron and Andrew. She will be sadly missed by her grandparents Jim and Madeleine Brettell and her grandmother Linda Loiselle. Lovingly remembered by her aunts and uncles, Julie (Frank) Mercier, Jim (Kelly) Brettell, Chris (Laura) Loiselle and Marlene Vant and her many cousins. Predeceased by her grandfather Marcel Loiselle and her cherished cousin Patrick.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTER, 827 East Main St., Welland, on Saturday, September 9th from 1:00 p.m. until chapel service at 3:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathies, donations to the Musicbox Children’s Charity would be greatly appreciated by the family.
