It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother Margaret Lushman. Margaret leaves to mourn eight chilren: Barbara (Leslie), Levi (Dorothy), Phoebe (Melvin), Bessie (Ira), Jane (Chester), Ronald Jr. (Millie), Derek (Sandra) and Calvin. She leaves to mourn 15 grandchildren, 23 great gradchildren and one great great grandcild. She leaves her brothers Joshua (Sarah), William (Phyllis), Jakob and Calvin (Susanna).
Margaret was predeceased by her husband Ronald, her parents Jakob and Phebe Young, granddaughters Barbara and Amanda, special friend Courtney Payne, sisters Elizabeth, Blanche, Violet, Margaret and brothers Emanuel and Edgar.
Margaret was a loving and beautiful lady who chereied all her family. She loved to dance, sing and enjoy life. She was an amazing cook. Margaret loved her cabin the most, it was her happy place. Margaret has touched everyone’s lives in so many ways and will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Friends and family may visit the Anglican Church of Transfiguration in Grey River on Friday, September 1st, from where the Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 2nd at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Reverend Elsie Rose. The Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
