It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Norman “Harry” Daniels, late of Prince Albert, SK formerly of Sturgeon Lake, SK on August 29th, 2023, at the age of 75 years. Norman was born in Sturgeon Lake, SK on March 23rd, 1948, to Louie and Flora Daniels. Norman will be lovingly remembered by his brothers Michael (Rose) Daniels, Ralph (Deanna) Daniels, & Richard Daniels; his sisters Marilyn Longman, Eileen (Alex) McDougall, & Marie (Leonard) McKenzie; his caregiver Benjamen Keller; as well as numerous nieces & nephews. Norman was predeceased by his son; his parents Louie and Flora Daniels; his sister Doris Halkett; his brothers David Daniels, Mervin Daniels, Albert Daniels, Clarence Daniels, Lawrence Daniels, & Jerry Daniels; & his grandparents Roger & Mary Anne Daniels. A Wake Service will be commencing Wednesday, August 30th, 2023, at 5 PM at the Sturgeon Lake Community Center in Sturgeon Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 1st, 2023, at 11 AM at the Sturgeon Lake Community Center in Sturgeon Lake, SK. The Officiant will be the Community Elders. The Honourary Pallbearers are the Daniels, Peters, & Turner Families as well as all those who knew and loved Norman. The Pallbearers are Warren Daniels, Malcolm Daniels, Sol Sanderson, Jonas Sanderson, Bernard Moosehunter, & Danny Moosehunter. The Interment will take place at the Far West Cemetery in Sturgeon Lake, SK. Condolences can be sent to the family on our website at www.mackenziechapel.ca.
