Ronald Poulin
It is with great sadness that the family announces the unexpected passing of Ronald Charles Poulin on August 21st, 2023 at the age of 68.
Ron was born on July 22nd, 1955 to the late Philibert and Lucy Poulin. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Sharon Poulin (née Vanasse) and his beloved children Shari-Lynn Faubert (Joel), Eric Poulin (Mélanie) and Amanda Poulin (Aurele Jr. Charbonneau). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Tyler, Mya, Jordan, Liam, Blake, Codey, Dmitri, Jayden, Mason and Noah. Also left to mourn are his siblings Randy Poulin (Bobbie) and Patricia Watters (Jim) as well as his nieces and nephews.
Ron was a loving and caring man who was proud of his family. He was hard working, easy going and made friends wherever he went. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
Over the past several months, Ron has had many people involved in his care. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at the Timmins and District Hospital as well as his Bayshore nurses Nick and Amy.
Visitation will take place on Friday, September 1, 2023 from 1pm to 2:45pm followed by a chapel service at 3pm from the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home chapel (Deacon Michel Neron officiating). Remembrance donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation Canada would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
