In his wisdom and at his time, Jack’s God and Father called him home to receive eternal rest and freedom from his earthly struggles.
Jack was born with many medical struggles which kept him in the hospital for many months. Even as a newborn his will to live was soon apparent! Even more apparent was his need for a family to love and care for him. God chose us to be his family for close to 51 years!
Jack will be missed by his parents, Adrian and Joanne and his siblings, Joanne Kok, Deny, Adrian and Karen, Peter and Valerie, Paul, Albert and Miranda and Sam and Wendy as well as his many nieces and nephews. For the last 8 years, Jack has lived at Harbour Home in Hamilton. He will be greatly missed by the residents and staff, who were his second family!
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 7-9 p.m. at REHOBOTH UNITED REFORMED CHURCH, 77 Glancaster Rd., Ancaster, where a Memorial Service will take place the following day at 11:30 a.m. Private Interment to precede the service at Mt. Hamilton Cemetery. A livestream of the service will be made available below under “Events”.
