It is with great sadness that the family announces his sudden passing on Friday, August 18, 2023 at the age of 63 years. Son of the late Doris and of the late Rolande (née Boisvenue) Aubin. Cherished husband of the late Corinne Aubin (née Legault). Loving brother of Micheline Savage (Denis). Beloved uncle of Luc Savage, Julie Perreault (Jean-Guy), Mathieu Lalonde (Lindsay) and Annyse Emms (Jordan). Great-uncle to Skyler Savage-Perreault, Denika Perreault, Jack Emms and Gemma Emms. Dear son-in-law of André and Colette (née Bertrand) Legault and brother-in-law of Roger Legault (Lisa) and Johanne Lalonde (Paul). Sadly missed by his fur baby Kloe. There was nothing more important to him than his family and friends. The precious memories he was able to accumulate during his 63 years of life were most cherished. No one can forget Gilles Aubin’s infectious passion for listening to music, singing, playing his guitar and harmonica. Camping and fishing has also been an adoration of his. Gilles has also been a 30 year participant and member of the Big Brother foundation, developing a positive, supportive mentoring relationship with kids in need. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, August 25, 2023 after 9:30 a.m. at Ste-Marguerite d’Youville Church, Val Thérèse.
