GRIERSON, Rickie – Passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side on Sunday January 15, 2023 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late John Grierson (1973). Loving mother of Dianne (Grady) Vance, Robert (Susan) Grierson, Jim Grierson (Roxanne Rutkay), Linda (Larry) Andres, and Jennifer (Robert) Spears. Caring grandma of 23 and great-grandma of 32. Dear sister of Marie (Klaas) Inthof and Mineke (Bill) Spencer. Predeceased by 7 brothers and 3 sisters. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Rickie was a truly amazing mom and grandma, who lived with a selfless devotion in loving and serving, not just her own family, kids, and grandkids, but to so many others who needed to experience and come to know God’s love for them. She would light up a room with her welcoming care for people, and made you feel that you were a very special and important person in her life. She adored her family and showered all of us, especially our babies, with overflowing doses of love and affection. Her love paved the way for all of us to know just how good our God is.

She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness.

Friends and family are invited to call at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls, on Thursday January 19, 2023 from 10 am to 12 pm. A celebration of Rickie’s life will take place at 12 pm. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to Calvary Christian School.
