Passed away peacefully, at home on Sunday, August 20, 2023, with her husband and daughters by her side.
Daughter to the late Dennis Gregorashuk and Diane Boarer (nee Olsen) and “bonus” dad James Boarer. Beloved wife of George Ken Feica, devoted mother of Melissa (Jeremy), Sarah, Victoria (Adam) and Jolene, “bonus”mother to Stacey (Janine), Ted, and amazing grandmother to Jocelyn, Taylor, Logan, James, Madison, Mia, Lily, Cash, Jeffrey and Savannah
Sister to Harold (Sharon), Tracey (Leigh), David (Cheryl), sister in law to Pat (the late Jim Simpson) and Maureen. Supportive aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Dear friend to Brenda and Jeff.
Roberta was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and made her way to London, Ontario where she dedicated her time working at the London Free Press for 28 years. Here she met George, with whom she spent her happiest years blending their big “dysfunctional” families together. As the kids grew up and left the nest, you could find Roberta & George rooting for their favourite hockey team, the London Knights.
Come retirement, together, George and Roberta moved to Wallaceburg, Ontario where they have spent 5 years enjoying their time with their families, friends and each other.
Roberta was known for her kindness, love, support and her ability to make friends wherever she went.
The family would like to thank all of those who reached out to show their support, love and well wishes during her remaining days.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, August 25th at The Knights of Columbus, 800 Murray St, Wallaceburg, Ontario 11 am to 8 pm.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cancer Society in Roberta’s name.
