Obituary for
Kyle Cooper
The family announces with great sorrow his passing on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at the age of 32 years. Cherished father of Emerson and Oliver Cooper. Beloved son of Thomas Cooper and Tammy Cooper (Larry Carriere). Dear brother of Taylor Cooper (Katerina), Mathieu Carriere (Emily) and Cody Carriere. Kyle will be missed by his many friends and family. He will also be missed by his favourite little “niece” and furry friend Meeka. Kyle is predeceased by his grandparents Donald and Arlene Carpenter and Doyle and Suzanne Cooper.
Anyone who knew Kyle knows he did not live an easy life – but he always lived it to the fullest. Despite his limitations, Kyle always wanted to be treated like everyone else. He worked hard every day to provide for his boys and give them the life they deserved.
Kyle was a die-hard sports fan, more specifically a die-hard Ottawa Senators fan. You would always see Kyle sporting one of his many Senators jerseys for game night. Kyle will forever have a season ticket for his Sens and he will have the pick of the best seat in the house. As quoted by Kyle, “The Sens will be taking the cup this year”.
Remembrance donations to his children’s education fund would be greatly appreciated (cheques made payable to Tammy Cooper). Visitation will take place on Saturday August 19, 2023 from 11 am to 1 pm followed by a chapel service (father John Lemire officiating). Funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
