Passed away peacefully on Monday August 7, 2023 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice. Eugene Thomas “Biff” Gallagher, beloved husband of the late Louise (Anderson) Gallagher (2011).
Born in Toronto in 1940 son of the late Carmel (Brown) and Mike Gallagher.
Biff was a member of St. Ursula’s Church and the Knights of Columbus.
Loving father of Chris (Carly), Terry (Jeannette) and Cheryl (Glen) Boundy. Sadly missed by 17 grandchildren and by 14 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Sharon (Craig) Wickett, Frank (Cecilia), Ed (Joanne), Patricia (Denis) Robinson and Joanne (George) MacDonald.
Predeceased by a son Michael in 1994 and a son-in-law Dion (1991) and by one brother Brian.
Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Friday August 11, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday August 12, 2023 at 10am in St. Ursula’s Church.
Burial will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
Donations to Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation, V.O.N. or the Erie St. Clair Health Services would be appreciated.
