Jérémy est parti beaucoup trop tôt, laissant le deuil ses parents Simon Brouillard et Josée St-Louis, ses sœurs Jessica et Cynthia, ses grands-parents Gilles Brouillard (Marie -Claire), Francine Larochelle et Jean-Pierre St-Louis, ses tantes Mélanie (Stéphane), Lyne (André) et Luc (Julie), ses cousins Yanick, Chad, Cédric, Alec, Justin et Émile, son parrain Marco et sa marraine Brigitte ainsi que plusieurs autres parents, amis et élèves à l’école de la Magdeleine.
