Gary “Gerrit” Riedstra passed peacefully with family by his side on Saturday July 22, 2023 at the Chatham Kent Hospice. Born in the Netherlands 78 years ago to the late Andrew and Fanny Riedstra. Beloved husband for over 52 years to Basilia. Dear father of Lucita and David Riedstra. He is survived by siblings Jackie and Jenne Looper, Annette and Ken Jordan , Francine and Les Badder. Gary worked many years in auto body repair and was a member of First Christian Reformed Church. Memorial donations may be directed to World Renew.
A private graveside service will take place with Gary’s family.
