DOUGHTY, June (nee Hutchinson) – Passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 9th, 2023 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 90. Cherished wife of the late Ronald Doughty (2012). Beloved mother of Brad (Marilyn) and Margo Green (Rick). Nanny will be remembered by Charlene Green (Kalen) and Shawn Green (Taylor). Predeceased by her sister Lois Lyndecker (the late Lyn). June was a successful real estate agent for many years and retired at the age of 88. She was always full of energy and enthusiasm. She was known for her beautiful hugs, her kind and compassionate words, always listening in her endeavor to help others. She was a great friend and inspiration. Sadly missed, greatly remembered, Rejoicing in Heaven today. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 4th, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8PM at HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road. A Memorial Service will be held in the Highland Chapel on Saturday, August 5th, 2023 at 10 AM. Donations made to the Christian Victory Church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
