Laurier “Larry” Alexander MacDonald, 76, of
Moncton, passed away on Friday June 30, 2023 at his residence. Born in
Antigonish, NS, he was the son of the late Earl and Mary (Gillis)
MacDonald.
He is survived by two children: Sean MacDonald
(Mélanie LeBlanc) and Kailey MacDonald; as well as four
grandchildren, and friends.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two children:
Scott in 2004 and Briehan in 1994.
In his earlier years, he would often be found playing
baseball, curling, racquetball, bowling, and other sports alike.
Laurier worked in sales prior to his retirement.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no visitation
and no funeral service. Interment will be at Alderwood Cemetery in
Riverview. In memory of Laurier, a contribution to a charity of the
donor’s choice would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements
are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre,
Moncton (858-1900).
