Barbara Anne Brown, age 83, of Stratford and formerly of Ridgetown passed away peacefully at home with family at her side on July 2, 2023. Born in Kent County, daughter of the late Ross and Doris Smith.
Loving mother of Lynn Brooks (Doug Zimmer), Jim Hill, Donald Hill, Cheryl Nelles, Twyla Ott, Wayne Hill, Brenda Spencer, John Hill, Wes Monto (Tina). Lovingly remembered by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Sister of Harry Smith, Leta Fieldwick (Brian), Donna Hearst, Gayle Smith (Bill). Predeceased by brother Bill Smith, son-in-law Larry Brooks, granddaughter Kim Brooks and great grandson Douglas Hill.
A family interment will take place at Avondale Cemetery. Memorial donations in Barb’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
