It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Joan (Barton) Poulin, on June 21, 2023, at the age of 84.
Beloved wife of Jean-Paul Poulin, cherished mother of Eric (Lisa) and Stephane (Laurie), devoted grandmother of Emma, Brad, Olivia, and Ellie. She will also be deeply missed by her brothers Bill (Louise), Wayne (Linda) and sister Jane (Phil), nieces and nephews and cherished friends and family. She was predeceased by her brother Ron and parents Mary (Bradley) Barton and Irvine Barton.
The family will receive condolences on Friday June 30, 2023, from 2PM to 5PM and from 7PM to 9PM and on Saturday July 1st 9:30AM to 10:30AM at the Yves Legare Complex in LaSalle, 7200 Newman Boul.
A funeral service will be held at 11AM on July 1st at the St-John Brebeuf Church in LaSalle, 7777 George St.
There will be a reception in the church hall immediately proceeding the service.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the MUHC Respirology clinic for their care over the years and the support of the staff at the Residence Le Cavalier more recently.
