It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kevin Keith Schaeffer, age 54, of Milverton, formerly of Stratford. Kevin passed peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, after a lengthy illness. Born in Stratford, son of Shelda (Simmons) Schaeffer and Keith (Kathryn) Schaeffer. Kevin will be fondly remembered by his twin sisters Denise and Diane Schaeffer, and sister Chris (Tom) Ney, predeceased by brother Dwayne Achilles (2017). Uncle Kevin will be remembered by nieces Breanne and Elizabeth Schaeffer, Jenna (Terry) Burgers and nephew Jacob Ney (Kenzie) and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews. Kevin’s family would like to sincerely thank OneCare (Stratford) and the Perth County Paramedics for the outstanding care provided to Kevin. Your thoughtfulness will always be remembered. In keeping with Kevin’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will take place on Friday, June 9, 2023 to honour Kevin’s memory.
