Obituary
John passed away suddenly but peacefully on Monday, May 1st, 2023 at his home in Mount Carmel, St. Mary’s Bay at 65 Years of age. He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Cecilia (nee McDonald).
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his partner and best friend Rose Power, children: John, Steven, Ashley and Christopher, brothers: Don (Cathy), Gary (Brenda) and Michael, sister Michelle, many nieces and nephews as well as a circle of other relatives and friends.
At John’s request, cremation has taken place. Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4th, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
John loved the country and being in the woods, but he did not like flowers. No flowers by request, if friends so desire, donations in John’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
