Armand Joseph Saulnier,
89, formerly of Brampton, ON, passed away on Sunday April 23, 2023 at
the Villa Providence in Shediac. Born in Memramcook, he was the son of
the late Jean and Eva (Savoie) Saulnier.
He is survived by four
children: Louise Saulnier and Charlene Saulnier (Paul), both of
Moncton, Jacquie Kummel (Steff) of Ottawa, ON, and Rolly Saulnier
(Angel) of Brampton, ON; four grandchildren: Jessica, Christopher,
Eric and Caroline; two great-grandchildren: Calla and Parker; two
sisters: Marceline LeBlanc of London, ON, and Rita LeBlanc (Regis) of
Moncton; one brother, Laurie Saulnier of Moncton; as well as several
nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by
his wife, Doris (Girouard); and two brothers: Robert and
Edward.
The family will receive
condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church
Street, Moncton (858-1900) where the funeral will be celebrated on
Friday April 28 at 11 am. Visiting hours are Thursday from 2 to 4 and
7 to 9 pm only. The funeral service will be streamed live; to view the
funeral, go to his obituary on Frenette website. Interment will be at
Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Armand, a
contribution to the CHU Dumont Foundation (oncology) would be
appreciated.
