Win spent many years managing the data centre for Woolworths, in Canada and internationally. He was an avid curler and golfer and enjoyed fellowship with his family and friends. He spent many summers on the water and winters at the rink cheering on his granddaughters. Win will be remembered for his commitment to community, strong family values, friendly nature, and sense of humor.

Death notice for the town of: Tillsonburg, Province: Ontario
My heartfelt condolences to Winston’s family and friends on his untimely passing. We were students and became friends at the Kingsville District High School. We bowled on a team that won the Town Championship trophy in the early sixties. Something I was recently reminded of by an old Kingsville Reporter clipping posted on Vintage Kingsville’s Facebook page which showed Winston’s father, Mayor Harold Cull, presenting our team with the Town Trophy Didn’t know Win was an avid curler, and of course he wouldn’t have know that I was too. We last met some 20 + years ago at a Kingsville High School reunion and I learned that he worked for Woolworths, and surprisingly, it turned out, we had some mutual business acquaintances. 2021 was the 100th anniversary of KDHS and should have been that School’s final reunion, and perhaps a last meeting of old school mates at that time. Alas, Covid had the final word on that! RIP my old friend Winston.
