It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of William (Bill) Sullivan of Shigawake on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at Maria Hospital. Dad passed away peacefully with his wife Marcelle by his side.
Our dad will be forever cherished by his loving wife of 50 years Marcelle (Gagnon) Sullivan, his son George and daughter Lynn.
Best Pop to his grandchildren Ella, Justin, Jack, Andy, Colin and Grayson. Loyal and loving brother to his sisters Veryl, Sheila and Sarah as well as nieces, cousins and life long friends he considered family.
Dad will forever be remembered as a kind, generous and hard-working man who was very proud of his Shigawake roots and family name.
Dad had a successful career working at Scotiabank for 35 years and returned to his home in Shigawake in his retirement.
He was a man who would do anything for his family and friends and will be missed dearly.
Visitations will be held at the Salon Funéraire Rejean Belanger & Fils St. Godefroi on Thursday, October 20, 2022.
Visiting hours are from 7 & pm to 9 pm.
Funeral will be held Friday, October 21, 2022 at the St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Shigawake at 10:30.
Please take note that there is no visitation at the Funeral Home on that day.
Donations can be made in memory of Mr. William Sullivan to Maria Hospital or to the St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery Fund.
The family requests that there be no shaking of hands; please respect their decision.

Paisiblement entouré de son épouse, est décédé le 16 octobre 2022 à l’hôpital de Maria, monsieur William (Bill) Sullivan demeurant à Shigawake.
Monsieur Sullivan laisse dans le deuil son épouse des 50 dernières années madame Marcelle Gagnon Sullivan.
Il laisse également dans le deuil son fils George et sa fille Lynn;
ses petits-enfants: Ella, Justin, Jack, Andy, Colin and Grayson;
ses sœurs: Veryl, Sheila et Sarah.

La famille recevra vos condoléances le jeudi 20 octobre 2022 de 19h à 21h à la Maison Funéraire Réjean Bélanger & fils de Saint-Godefroi.
Les funérailles auront lieu le vendredi 21 octobre 2022 à 10h30 en l’église Anglicane St. Paul de Shigawake.
Vos marques de sympathies peuvent se traduire par un don à l’hôpital de Maria ou au fonds St. Paul Anglican Cemetery.
