William Kozub 1933 to 2022
It is with heavy hearts that we mark the peaceful passing of William Kozub.
Bill was born in Saskatchewan and raised in Vernon B.C. He married Dorothy in Calgary AB, and raised his family there before retiring to Castlegar. Bill worked in management in the hotel industry for most of his career and then became a meatcutter for Safeway. Bill and Dorothy retired to Raspberry and enjoyed the garden and attending the seniors group functions. Bill was always at the Castlegar Recreation Centre, keeping himself fit and enjoying the company of his friends.
Husband, Dad, Grandpa and Great-grampa, Brother and Friend will be dearly missed by those lives he touched. Bill and Dorothy were both residents at Talarico Place and Bill was well known for his smiles and handshakes to fellow residents and staff. Bill was happy and contended at Talarico and a Sincere Thank You to all the staff for the wonderful care given to him.
