It is with profound sadness that the family of William ‘Keith’ Goudie announce his sudden passing at the Ottawa Hospital-Civic Campus on April 4, 2022. Keith was predeceased by his beloved wife Dorothy. Keith will be forever missed by his children Donna Touchie (Michael), Paula Norlock, (George), and Dean Goudie (Nadine). Keith was a cherished Papa to his four grandchildren; Stephanie Norlock, James, David, and Sarah Goudie. His grandchildren were his pride and joy.
Keith was born October 4, 1934 in Pembroke Ontario, the son of the late Kathleen and James W. Goudie. Keith married Dorothy Wilson September 19, 1958. They spent 62 happy years together. Keith cherished his many friends and neighbours. He loved to be outdoors. In his spare time he was an avid movie enthusiast, enjoyed watching hockey games, and liked to discuss news and current events.
The family wish to acknowledge the compassionate care provided by the Vascular Surgery physicians and the ICU staff at the Ottawa Hospital-Civic campus. Ontario. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing concerns.
A celebration of Keith’s life will be announced at a later date.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in memory of Keith to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
